We all want to be beautiful all the time. But we also have this, to look much more beautiful in summer…

So what have we done to get rid of acne that is important to us???

I must state that acne should not be attributed to only one reason. We should get rid of the thought that 1 product will pass, so that we can achieve a healthy beauty. There are many factors that prepare the environment for acne. Insomnia, stress, wrong product (soap, cream, make-up materials, etc…)

Small suggestions for this….

• Fill the pot halfway with water and put it on the stove. In the meantime, wash your face and take your towel with you until it creates steam. Put the towel over your head to the water that has started to evaporate, bend over and wait for 10 minutes. Doing this regularly will help tighten your skin and eliminate the acne-forming environment over time.

• Mix 1 spoon of cinnamon with 1 spoon of lemon juice and apply it to the pimples. Wash after drying.

• Grate the orange peel and crush it in a mortar to make a cream and apply it to the pimples. Wash it after a while.

• Cut a clove of garlic in half and apply the inside just on your pimple. Doing this regularly will eliminate your problem.

• Mix equal amounts of lemon juice and rose water and apply to the problem area. Wash off with lukewarm water after half an hour. The results of doing this often are also excellent.

• Mash the ripe tomato, apply it to the pimpled area and wash it after 1 hour. This will shrink your pores and prevent acne breakouts.

• Add enough salt to make a slurry to l spoon of vinegar and apply it on your acne. Wash off with lukewarm water after half an hour.

• Take a cucumber and grate it into a puree. After squeezing the water, apply it to your skin, this way your pores will be smaller and your skin will look radiant.

Note: Acne needs fresh air, iodine, copper. Take vitamin E, avoid smoking and drinking, and foods such as nuts and seeds. Drink lots of water….
